Thermoplastic InfillnfillPro TP is a granule made from special thermoplastic elastomers produced by the extrusion of virgin raw materials. The composition of the materials and the special “patented” shape were specifically studied to guarantee elevated shock absorption and minor vertical deformation. In addition, the special shape provides the system with elevated stability, resolving the typical problems associated with sliding spherical granules.

Environmental Characteristics
Since InfillPro TP granules are not produced through a milling process, they are free of dust, eliminating
risks of dispersion into the environment. InfillPro TP granules are obtained from virgin raw materials selected
for this scope, and are, therefore, free of all products that may cause environmental risks. Since the
material is not recycled, the chemical and physical characteristics are respected and guaranteed for each
single production lot.
Toxicological Characteristics
The InfillPro TP granules are nontoxic. In fact, they have been tested in accordance with the standards
“EN 71-Safe Toys”, DIN 18035-7 p.6 and Italian federation of Football (Amateur League) regulation, all
passed in full. The polymer bases and implemented formulas are also widely used in other sectors, including
the food sector, toy sector and health sector. The granules do not contain the following elements in
excess of the limits permitted by existing regulations: Heavy metals, Aromatic hydrocarbons, Polycyclic
aromatic hydrocarbons, Aliphatic chlorinated hydrocarbons, Nitro-benzenoids, Chlorobenzenoids.
